EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETINGS

Executive Committee meetings are held monthly, normally on the last Monday of every month at 7pm. The venue is normally the Papakura RSA. Minutes are distributed to all EVSA Area Representatives and are available for perusal by members.

EVSA REUNION 2010 CANCELLED
The reunion planned for Wellington on Queens Birthday 2010 has been cancelled due to lack of numbers. Instead the Biennial General Meeting will be held in South Auckland on Saturday 5th June, and will be followed by a Commemoration Ceremony and a Social Event.
Formal Notice of the General Meeting, details of venue, timings, agenda, remits, nomination forms, voting papers etc, are being finalised at present, and will be advised separately.

V6 REUNION
The 40th Anniversary Reunion of Victor Six is planned for 4th-6th March 2011 at the Whangarei RSA.
It will include a memorial service at the grave of Ken Harding.
