EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETINGS

Executive Committee meetings are held monthly, normally on the last Monday of every month at 7pm. The venue is normally the Papakura RSA. Minutes are distributed to all EVSA Area Representatives and are available for perusal by members.

The next meeting will be on Monday 28 July.
For the remainder of 2008 meetings are scheduled as follows:

25 August
29 September
3 November (rescheduled from 27 Oct as that is Labour Day)
1 December (rescheduled from 24 November due to later date of previous meeting)

NEW YORK MARATHON

Louise Mullane, daughter of Chris Mullane, V6, is planning to run in the New York Marathon on 2nd November.
She has offered to run in support of the EVSA (Neville Wallace Memorial) Children's and Grandchildren's Trust, donating 100% of any sponsorship received back to the Trust.

The Trust is seeking sponsors for Louise, with sponsors offering to donate $x per Km (42km if Louise completes the run). She will be provided with a special Trust T-Shirt to wear during the run.

Anyone willing to become a sponsor please email Rod Baldwin on rgbcgb@xtra.co.nz with the amount per Km you are willing to sponsor her as a donation to the Trust. All donations, which will be gratefully acknowledged, will go into the Trust's Capital Fund, the earnings of which provide the funds for the biannual grants made by the Trust.

V4 REUNION
